Instead of a mouse, some people like to use key combinations as "shortcuts" to toolbar functions.

Some of the most common shortcut key combinations are listed below, along with their functions.

There are a couple of functions here that are not covered elsewhere in this tutorial.

(On Macintosh computers, substitute the "Apple" key for Ctrl)

Ctrl F	Find in Page	Allows you to find a specified word or phrase wherever it occurs in the page
Ctrl H	History List	Shows a listing of all the web pages visited within the last several days (time period may be reset in Preferences)
Ctrl P	Print Page	Prints the current web page
Ctrl N	New Browser Window	Launches a new browser window
Ctrl W	Close Browser Window	Closes one browser window
Ctrl Q	Quit Netscape	Closes all browser windows and quits the program.
